These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of capsulelabs.co and the Capsule application (collectively, the "Product") operated by Capsule Labs LLC, a Delaware-based company under McEwen Enterprises LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Product. By using the Product, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions

Certain features of the Product may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay recurring fees at the current rate until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled in accordance with the platform’s cancellation policies.

  • App Store: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Google Play: Cancel via your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Website: Cancel by contacting support@capsulelabs.co before your renewal date.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or purchases made through the Product. All sales are final. Please cancel before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged.

4. Use of Data

By using the Product, you consent to our use of behavioral and engagement data to improve features, personalize your experience, and enhance the Product. For more details, review our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Capsule, the Capsule logo, and all related materials are owned or licensed by Capsule Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Product without express written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the Product.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted in the Product. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
